Overview
Nairobi National Park – 4 hours(0630-1030hrs)
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning after your breakfast. We will then head to Nairobi National Park in search of lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, jackal, and many other animals.
Nairobi National park is the only park in the world that boasts of having a wildlife sanctuary within close proximity to the city
David Sheldrick – (1100hrs- 1200hrs)
Drive to Sheldrick Baby Elephant Orphanage which is open 1 hr daily. You can visit between 11am and 12 noon every day, and see the elephants being fed and playing. In addition, there is a keeper who will give a talk about the elephants, where they came from, how they are getting on, and how some of the previous orphans are progressing. You can get really close to the elephants. The orphanage also takes in rhinos and so if you are lucky, you will get the chance to see a young rhino.
Giraffe Centre – (1230hrs – 1300hrs)
Your next stop will be the famous Giraffe Center, where you’ll have the rare opportunity to come face to face with these beautiful creatures. Lucky visitors might even get a kiss from these unique creatures.
A brief stop for lunch in any of the nearby restaurants.
Karen Blixen Museum, (1400- 1700hrs)
After lunch, you’ll wrap up your day with a visit to the famous Karen Blixen Museum. The museum house is in a serene environment that seems to belong to the past, surrounded by a tranquil garden and indigenous forest, with a splendid view of the Ngong Hills.
At the end of the show, you are dropped back to your hotel or airport where our services come to an end.
