Itinerary

After breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park which will be a wonderful experience, offering a chance to see a variety of wildlife and beautiful landscapes You can begin your visit by heading to the lake itself which is famous for its large flocks of lesser flamingos that create a striking pink hue around the lake. You will then proceed to your hotel for check in and lunch followed by an afternoon/evening game drive. As you enter the park, you will begin to spot thousands of the lesser flamingoes that the lake is famous for. The lake is renowned for its birdlife and you’ll have the opportunity to spot numerous species including: Greater Flamingo which are larger than the lesser flamingo, grey-crowned Crane, pelicans, marabou stroks, yellow-billed Stork, African fish eagles, African Spoonbill among others. The park is also known for its diverse wildlife, including white rhinos, black rhinos, lions, leopards, and Rothschild's giraffes. Be sure to drive slowly and keep an eye out for these animals. Drive up to Baboon Cliff for a panoramic view of the park and the lake. This spot is great for photography and offers a chance to see baboons up close. After breakfast, you will have one last game drive enroute as you head to Masai Mara National Reserve. The road trip to Mara is full of interesting sightings and you will make stopovers along the way. You will arrive in good time for check in and lunch before departing for afternoon game drives. The Mara terrain changes like the wind. The next try to outdo the previous one by doubling its magnificence and wildlife variety. During the game drive, you will be taken to the park’s wildlife hotspots to better your chances of wildlife spotting and great photography. Some of the animals you are likely to see on your evening game drive include the big five, giraffes, antelopes, impalas, hyenas, and many big cats, including the lions. Optional activities at an extra cost include hot air balloon safari, guided nature walks, bush lunch/dinner/breakfast, bird walks, and evening evening sundowner. Today after an early breakfast, you will have a full day game drive into the reserve. Morning game drives are quieter, more intimate, and the best shot you have at spotting the elusive Mara cats. You will on your path, see hundreds of grazers nipping on the dewy morning grass. If you look closely, you will likely see a bush-camouflaged prey readying itself for a kill. To the southwest lies the Serengeti border, to the northwest the Siria Escarpments, and east the Mara River. From 1st July to 31st October, the annual wildebeest migration takes. This event involves over a million wildebeests, impalas and zebras crossing from the Serengeti National Park to the Masai Mara through the Mara River filled with crocodiles and hippos and making it past the banks dotted with the even more dangerous lions, cheetahs, and leopards is a memorable experience. You will return to your lodge or a designated picnic area for lunch then continue with your afternoon game drive for more wildlife spotting. Masai Mara is home to numerous wildlife species including elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, eland, topis, impala, gazelle, warthog, zebra among others. After breakfast, you will leave for Lake Naivasha which is a beautiful freshwater lake located in the Great Rift Valley, Kenya. It's a popular destination for both tourists and locals, known for its picturesque scenery and diverse wildlife. You will arrive in good time for check in and lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit Hell’s Gate National Park which is famous for its dramatic landscapes and geothermal activity. It is the only park that officially allows tourists to freely walk or cycle within the park without a guide. Hell’s Gate offers opportunities for hiking, rock climbing and viewing wildlife up close. If time allows, you can enjoy a boat ride in Lake at an extra cost of USD 30 per person. Today after breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and have one last game drive enroute as you head to Amboseli National Park. Amboseli National Park is a fantastic destination known for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro which is the highest mountain in Africa and abundant wildlife. You will arrive in good time for check in and lunch, unwind and enjoy the hotel amenities. In the afternoon/evening, you will enjoy your game drive in the park with the snow-capped peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro as your background. Drive to catch more wildlife activity as animals prepare for the night. You will be able to spot several wildlife such as giraffe, wildebeest, elephant, buffalo, hippos among others and also several bird species during the game drive. Later in the evening, you will return to your hotel or lodge to enjoy a sundowner experience, which is a popular safari tradition of having drinks and snacks while watching the sunset over the savannah. Today after breakfast, you will head to the plains of Amboseli for a day full of adventure. Soak in the excellent views of Mount Kilimanjaro before the clouds build up over the summit. Catch the big cats as they stroll through the savannah. This is the best time to spot lions, leopards and even cheetahs. Today’s game drive will also take you to the observation hill for panoramic views of the park and Mount Kilimanjaro. The hill is a great spot for photography and enjoying the landscape to have a better overall view of the park. Gaze at the big herds of elephants crossing right near your vehicle and get the chance to spot several different mammals and over 400 different bird species. Return to your lodge or a designated picnic area for lunch before you continue with the afternoon game drive. You can visit the swamps, which are fed by underground springs from Mount Kilimanjaro. The swamps attract a variety of wildlife, especially during dry seasons. To add richness to your safari, you can have a visit to the local Masai village in the afternoon, to learn about their culture and traditions at an extra cost of USD 30 per person. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is an exciting experience. Today after breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and have one last game drive as you head back to Nairobi. You will arrive in good time for an airport transfer to catch your flight back home
